Westview is a not-for-profit agency that aims to enrich the lives of people through services designed to realize their potential, helping people with disabilities manage daily life, join the workforce and lead more fulfilling lives.
Westview Services has matched employers and job seekers since 1986. It provides employment services for people with disabilities, including customized employment, adult work experience, a paid internship program, on-the-job training and job coaching, plus Tailored Day Services (post-secondary education, vocational skills and community integration at a 1:1 staff ratio). A grant program covers unmet medical and dental needs of Lanterman-entitled clients. CARF-accredited in several employment service areas; offices in Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura and Inland regions.
