Via Care Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center and certified Patient-Centered Medical Home serving East Los Angeles and surrounding communities with medical, dental, and behavioral health care, women's health and OB/GYN, pediatrics, senior services, sexual health, HIV/Hepatitis C screening and treatment, addiction treatment, legal aid, and reentry/justice-involved services across 17 sites including school-based clinics.
