Veterans Legal Institute (VLI), based in Tustin, is a public interest law firm dedicated exclusively to the legal needs of current and former military members. VLI provides free legal assistance with VA compensation and pension claims, discharge upgrades, expungements, eviction defense, family law matters (divorce, custody, support, adoption), and estate planning (wills, trusts, advance directives, powers of attorney) for low-income veterans in Orange County and the Inland Empire.
