To promote public benefits in the community through charitable and educational youth clubs.
VC (Volunteer Clubs) Star is a nonprofit that runs charitable and educational youth clubs, including the Yorba Linda Go Club (for fans of the board game Go), a Youth Book Club and a Service Team. It grew out of Dr. Xingang Huang's weekly Go teaching and parents' interest in supporting children's interests beyond games and helping them contribute to their community. Its news page reports youth Go tournament results.
