STEM Advantage is a Huntington Beach-based 501(c)(3), founded in 2012, that offers a holistic program of career support, one-to-one mentoring with STEM professionals, professional development, scholarships, paid internships, and community networking. It serves students at eight California State University campuses in Southern California, supports alumni, and partners with corporate and industry sponsors for funding, internships, mentorship, and hiring.
