Sophie's Dream, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that offers free classes using non-drug methods such as art, crafts, music, and community connection to help people heal from trauma, grief, and PTSD. Programs include Youth Prep for Success for at-risk and disadvantaged youth; Independent Living/Life Skills for youth and adults with special needs or learning challenges (ASD, ADD, ADHD); and Relaunching/Reignite for adults facing trauma, abuse, anxiety, grief, PTSD, or major life changes.
