Our mission is to restore Orange County's families & individuals in crises to self-sufficiency.

SPIN guides Orange County's homeless and working poor toward self-sufficiency through housing diversion and rapid rehousing subsidies, wrap-around case management, basic needs assistance (food, clothing, hygiene, household goods), and employment and financial education. Volunteers also prepare and deliver sack meals to homeless individuals on the streets of Orange County each week.
