Second Chance Pet Adoptions is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that rescues and places cats and kittens in Southern California. Adopted cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, FeLV/FIV tested, dewormed and flea-treated. The group runs a Return-To-Home program (fix, vaccinate, microchip, ear-tip and return community cats), supports TNR by loaning traps and mentoring residents through the process, offers a Sponsor-A-Cat program for cats unlikely to be adopted, and helps pay for veterinary care, emergency care for injured strays and spay/neuter services.
