Rebuilding Together Of The City Of Angels (RTCOA) is a Los Angeles-area 501(c)(3), established in 2020 as an affiliate of Rebuilding Together Inc., providing no-cost home repairs including fall/fire prevention, accessibility modifications, weatherization, and larger repairs (stairlifts, bath/shower modifications, roofing, plumbing, electrical) for low-income seniors, people with disabilities, veterans, and families with children.
