PCAA is the 'heart' of Orange County Probation, supporting at-risk and victim families and helping reduce youth crime and violence by providing teens on probation with essentials and life-skills opportunities.
Founded in 1993 as the nonprofit support arm of the Orange County Probation Department in Santa Ana, PCAA assists youth on probation and at-risk/victim families by supplying school clothing and supplies, food, bus passes, educational outings, sewing machines, and bike helmets to help teens build life skills. Its annual 'Sharing From Your Heart' program provides holiday support to families involved with Probation.
