To advance research and enhance the quality of life for children who suffer from pediatric arthritis and lupus.
The Pediatric Arthritis & Lupus (PAL) Foundation, established in 2012 and based in Long Beach, CA, is a 501(c)(3) that supports pediatric rheumatology research in Southern California for the roughly 385,000 U.S. children and adolescents living with pediatric arthritis and lupus. It funds research, supports young researchers, runs a monthly teen Lupus support group at the UCLA Pediatric Rheumatology Clinic, and hosts family events such as a Dickens Holiday Pageant.
