OneLegacy educates about and facilitates organ, eye, and tissue donation, comforts the families served, and inspires communities to Donate Life across the seven-county greater Los Angeles area.

OneLegacy is the nonprofit organ procurement organization coordinating organ, eye, and tissue donation and transplantation across Los Angeles, Orange, and surrounding counties, providing donor family support, community education, and operating donation care facilities with operating rooms and diagnostic services for organ recovery.
