Dedicated to supporting the Marines of 1st Battalion, 1st Marines and their families through emergency assistance, community connection, and ongoing care during deployments and crises.
Since Newport Beach 'adopted' 1st Battalion, 1st Marines in December 2003, the foundation has provided direct financial and emotional support to active-duty Marines and their families, especially the families of younger enlisted service members facing unexpected expenses during deployment. The foundation coordinates local volunteers and fundraisers and maintains a community newsletter.
