Longevity Stick Art (LSA) promotes wellness among seniors through free stick-exercise practice taught by trained volunteer leaders, helping participants stay positive, stay in shape, and make friends.
Longevity Stick Art was developed by the late Master Mai Bac Dau, a former South Vietnamese army officer, and is practiced by hundreds of seniors at over 30 sites across Southern California (primarily Orange County), plus online via Zoom. Classes are always free and taught by trained, certified volunteer leaders.
