LEAP (Learning, Enrichment & Achievement Partners) is a Tustin-based nonprofit founded in 1999 that helps elementary school students reach their grade-level reading goals: Helping Striving Readers Become Thriving Readers.

LEAP Learning Center runs the free LEAP Reading Intervention Program at elementary school sites in the Tustin Unified School District (Beswick, Estock, Heideman and Veeh), where small groups led by trained tutors, credentialed site supervisors and volunteers (many retired teachers) build literacy skills, especially for English Learners and economically disadvantaged students. It also hosts LEAP to the Library family days that help students and families get library cards, and takes part in a summer lunch program with OC Public Libraries and local school districts. The program began as an outreach of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Tustin, became a 501(c)(3) in 2008, and has served over 4,500 children. Volunteers can sign up as literacy tutors.
