Founded as a free clinic in 1970 and licensed as a nonprofit community clinic since 1985, this Certified Medical Home and Federally Qualified Health Center provides family and internal medicine, pediatric care, OB/GYN, specialty referrals (ophthalmology, neurology, nephrology, HIV/AIDS care), nurse practitioner services, pharmacy, mental health counseling, and dietitian services for low-income and uninsured Orange County residents.
