La Habra Collaborative develops key partnerships to expand capacity and impact for meeting the needs of the La Habra community, helping residents become self-sufficient through improved health and wellness, early childhood education access, and food resources.

The La Habra Collaborative Family Resource Center is a family-centered support system bringing together nonprofits, faith-based groups, businesses, schools, healthcare providers, and city staff to address the health, emotional, social, and academic needs of La Habra children and families, with a focus on food security, early childhood education, and wellness.
