Khmer Girls in Action (KGA) is a Long Beach-based organization building the leadership of Southeast Asian young women and youth (ages 13-26) to advance racial, gender, and economic justice. KGA runs leadership development and civic engagement programs, organizes around housing and economic justice, works to prevent anti-Asian violence, and supports immigrant and refugee families facing deportation and immigration challenges, centering communities of color in Long Beach.
