JWCH Institute operates Wesley Health Centers, a network of Federally Qualified Health Centers providing primary medical care, dental and oral health, behavioral health, chiropractic, optometry, HIV care, substance use disorder treatment, and recuperative care for homeless individuals across the Los Angeles area. Sliding-fee scale available for patients at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines; no one is turned away for inability to pay or lack of insurance.
