Founded in 2001 as the Jewish Hospice Project of Los Angeles, the organization offers full-service hospice care, spiritual care for life crises beyond terminal illness, bereavement and grief support, and chaplaincy services, plus free monthly Refa'einu Healing Services featuring guided meditation and educational speakers. Led by Founder/Executive Director Rabbi Carla Howard, it has served nearly 10,000 individuals and families since 2001.
