Irvine Community Land Trust

Irvine Community Land Trust protects housing for future generations by developing and stewarding permanently affordable rental, ownership, and special-needs housing for working families in Irvine and Orange County.

ICLT (founded 2006, expanded countywide in 2017) acquires and retains land to develop and manage affordable housing communities in partnership with experienced developers. It currently stewards five communities -- Alegre Apartments, Doria Apartments, Parc Derian Apartments, Sage Park (homeownership), and Salerno Apartments -- keeping homes affordable long-term for Orange County residents and working families.
