Innovative Housing Opportunities (IHO), founded in 1976 as Irvine Housing Opportunities and headquartered in Santa Ana, is a nonprofit developer and operator of affordable housing for low- to moderate-income residents. Its communities include Lincoln Beach Apartments (Anaheim), 87th & Western (Los Angeles), Golden Circle (Santa Ana), Pacific and Pine (Long Beach), Mandela Station (Oakland) and The Aspire (Riverside). IHO combines development with resident services that help residents remain stably housed, plus housing and land-use advocacy.
