Founded in 1940, Human Services Association (HSA) serves over 10,000 clients annually across southeast Los Angeles County on a non-sectarian basis. Services include senior services (congregate and home-delivered meals, advocacy, family life education), Domestic Violence Support Services (counseling, parenting classes, emergency assistance for victims and their children), early childhood/school readiness programs for children ages 0-5, family preservation services, and welfare-to-work support.
