(HAOLB), founded in 1981, offers Qeej instruction, Paj Ntaub traditional textile art, Hmong language classes, traditional dance, and an annual Hmong New Year Celebration Festival. Its Qeej Not Gangs Program, running since 1998, provides youth outreach as an alternative to gang involvement.
