Rescuing surplus food, nourishing neighbors, and reducing waste by connecting businesses with nonprofits and food pantries to redirect edible surplus food to people facing food insecurity.

FoodCycle LA recovers food from grocers, restaurants, farms, and distributors that would otherwise go to waste and redistributes it to nonprofits and food pantries serving people facing food insecurity across Los Angeles County. Volunteers assist with collection, sorting, and delivery, and the organization also runs a food pantry locator service to help residents find assistance.
