Fairplex Child Development Center

Provides high-quality, inclusive early childhood education and child care for children ages 12 weeks to 6 years at Fairplex in Pomona, in collaboration with the Los Angeles County Fair Association and the University of La Verne.

Established in 1980 as a community service at Fairplex, the Child Development Center at Fairplex (formerly Fairplex Child Development Center) was one of the first early childhood programs in Southern California to offer a fully inclusive program for children with special needs. It serves children ages 12 weeks to 6 years, Monday-Friday 6:30am-6:00pm, with teachers holding California Child Development Permit credentials and bachelor's or master's degrees in child development.
