Founded in 1950 by schoolteacher Ettie Lee, this non-sectarian nonprofit serves the San Gabriel Valley through a Foster Family and Adoption Agency, Intensive Treatment Foster Care, Resource (Foster/Adoptive) Parent training and respite care, Short-Term Residential Therapeutic group homes, a Child Nutrition Program, and mental health, psychiatric/medication, and Wraparound services for at-risk boys and girls.
