Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center For Developmentally Disabled Inc

ELARC coordinates and provides community-based services to people with developmental disabilities and their families throughout eastern Los Angeles County, promoting full participation in community life.

Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center (ELARC) is a private nonprofit under contract with the California Department of Developmental Services, one of 21 regional centers statewide. ELARC serves people of all ages with developmental disabilities living in the Alhambra, East Los Angeles, Northeast, and Whittier Health Districts of LA County, providing case management, early intervention, advocacy, evaluation and diagnosis, community education, parent training, and information and referral to more than 10,000 individuals and families.
