The Dexter Foundation is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) dog rescue that pulls dogs from Southern California shelters, places them in foster homes, conducts adopter home checks, and finds permanent adoptive homes; it partners with other rescues to help place at-risk shelter dogs.
