The mission of the Dayle McIntosh Center is access and equity by, and for, people with disabilities and older adults.

Dayle McIntosh Center is Orange County's only Independent Living Center, serving people with disabilities and older adults with advocacy, assistive technology, blind/low-vision services, deaf and hard-of-hearing services and independent living skills, housing assistance, peer counseling, personal assistant services, youth transition programs, and information and referral.
