CASA provides a powerful voice and a meaningful connection for children who have experienced abuse, neglect, and abandonment through trained volunteer court-appointed advocates.

CASA of Orange County recruits, trains, and supervises volunteer advocates who are appointed by the juvenile court to represent the best interests of abused, neglected, and abandoned children in foster care. Advocates serve as consistent mentors, monitor case progress, and help ensure children receive appropriate services and permanent, safe homes.
