Council on Aging – Southern California provides no-cost services for older and dependent adults including HICAP Medicare counseling and advocacy, Benefit Enrollment Centers, Long-Term Care Ombudsman services, socialization programs (ReConnect), Friendly Visitor caregiving support, and the Financial Abuse Specialist Team (FAST), serving more than 100,000 older and disabled adults annually across Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Inyo, and Mono counties.
