CHIOC connects Orange County residents facing economic, language, or proximity barriers to healthcare — helping them enroll in Medi-Cal, Covered California, and other coverage programs, and providing system navigation so families access care outside emergency rooms. Serves roughly 28,000 residents annually from its Santa Ana office.
