Since 1974, the Coalition of Orange County Community Health Centers (formerly Coalition of Orange County Community Clinics) has united a consortium of safety-net community health centers, coordinating primary, dental, and behavioral health care, social services, and outreach/enrollment/retention assistance for Medi-Cal and Covered California, serving nearly 340,000 Orange County residents, and advocating for member clinics at the local, state, and federal level.
