To sustain, coordinate, and improve local planning, development, and community services that address the needs of low-income and working-class residents and small businesses in South Los Angeles.

CRCD is a South Los Angeles community development corporation fostering community development through education, workforce development, supportive housing, and community services. Its Workforce Development Department (WorkSource/YouthSource centers) connects dislocated workers, veterans, and formerly incarcerated individuals with employment, training, and financial coaching. CRCD also develops and operates permanent supportive housing for youth, families, seniors, and low-income households.
