California Association of Neighborhood Watch (CANWA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving the Sherman Oaks area since 2017. It provides neighborhood patrols, camera surveillance with vehicle plate recognition, home security assessments, and safety education covering fire preparedness, earthquake safety, and situational awareness. Leadership has completed LAPD Community Police Academy training.
