Bubbles Dog Rescue works to truly help make Los Angeles and its surrounding area No Kill by rescuing, rehabilitating, and homing wonderful rescue dogs.
Founded by sisters Inna and Isabelle, Bubbles Dog Rescue is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) that rescues dogs from euthanasia lists at California shelters, provides veterinary care and behavioral rehabilitation, places dogs in foster homes, and facilitates adoptions nationwide.
