Empower disenfranchised individuals — due to gender, ethnicity, or economic status — in Long Beach through housing, job placement, and comprehensive case-management services delivered with an individualized 'Whole Person Care' approach.
Bridge to Hope operates Project Mainstream, providing interim housing with meals and supportive services for homeless and low-income men, women, and families with children (including veterans and people with mental illness), and Project Caring Arms, offering post-hospital bridge housing. Case managers identify unmet needs and build Individualized Service Plans for each client.
