The Blindness Foundation's lifelong purpose is curing blindness among less fortunate communities in Southeast Asia, focusing on eye disease in orphaned children and AIDS-related blindness.

The Blindness Foundation is a Newport Beach-based 501(c)(3) charity devoted to curing blindness and developing new treatments for AIDS-related blindness. It sends volunteer surgical teams to treat orphaned children with eye disease and collaborates with doctors treating AIDS-related blindness among the poor in Southeast Asia (including Cambodia), working with its affiliated Lyon Eye Institute.
