Support, guidance, and compassionate care for people living with dementia—and the families who love them—through Orange County's only dementia-specific adult day health program.

Founded over 45 years ago and partnered with Hoag Hospital for three decades, Alzheimer's Family Center provides adult day health care for dementia patients, therapeutic activities, medical oversight and nursing care, fall prevention and personalized care planning, counseling (via Equilibrium Mental Health Services), and caregiver respite, support, and education programs.
