To provide for the health and well-being of all patients by offering high-quality, culturally sensitive, affordable and accessible primary care and specialty services to all residents, with a special emphasis on serving the uninsured and under-insured of our community.

Samuel Dixon Family Health Center is a nonprofit FQHC-style clinic serving the Santa Clarita Valley (Newhall, Valencia, Val Verde) with primary care, pediatrics, behavioral health, substance use disorder services, telehealth, a CDC-recognized National Diabetes Prevention Program, and enrollment assistance, with special emphasis on uninsured and underinsured residents.
