Providence TrinityCare Hospice Foundation raises philanthropic support for one of the nation's oldest hospice programs (est. 1977), funding TrinityKids Care (the only dedicated pediatric hospice/palliative care provider in LA and Orange Counties), community-based palliative care, bereavement services, caregiver education (Thousand Cranes Fund), and Iyashi Care, culturally-tailored care for Japanese American older adults.
