Founded in 1909, the oldest civic organization in the South Bay; works for the mutual social and educational benefit of the community and the advancement of Manhattan Beach, providing scholarships to local students and funding South Bay charities.
Neptunian Woman's Club of Manhattan Beach, founded 1909, is a 100%-volunteer 501(c)(3) civic organization and the oldest of its kind in the South Bay. It awards scholarships to Manhattan Beach students, funds various South Bay charities, and rents its historic clubhouse (corner of Highland Ave and 10th St, two blocks from the pier) for weddings, receptions, and community events.
