Los Angeles Repertory Theater is a nonprofit company of professional theater artists providing inner-city youth with performing-arts workshops. For 20+ years it has partnered with high schools across Los Angeles, typically running four 10-week workshops per year (two in West LA in spring, two in East LA in fall), culminating in a free school assembly performance and an evening show for family and friends.
