A gathering of representatives of faith-based communities and individuals dedicated to understanding, respecting, promoting and celebrating spiritual and cultural diversity.
Established in 1996 in response to local hate crimes, GHBIC brings together diverse faith leaders and community members across Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, and surrounding areas to build unity through service, prayer, and community engagement (Community Service Day, Community Prayer Breakfast, Blessing of the Waves, Thanksgiving gathering).
