Bluff Park Neighborhood Association (BPNA) is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit established more than 50 years ago that protects and promotes the Bluff Park Historic District in Long Beach. The district has been recognized for more than 40 years as a designated historic landmark district in the city.
