Unleashing the transformative power of the arts to advance global health, with a vision of a world in which lives are saved through art.

Established in 2006, the center fosters interdisciplinary collaboration among artists, public health workers, and medical professionals to create arts-based public health interventions guided by human rights and social justice principles. Programs use performance, photo-storytelling, and film to address sexual health education, HIV/AIDS stigma reduction, mental health, and justice-system-involved youth. Its work has reached students and communities across five continents and 12 countries.
