Alpha Charter Guild is a volunteer fundraising/support organization for Antelope Valley Medical Center (AVMC) in Lancaster, CA. Its primary initiative is the annual Debutante program, including the Debutante Hourglass Ball (held since 1965), which raises funds for AVMC. The Guild has supported the Women and Infants Pavilion, the Alpha Charter Guild Resource Center, and other hospital departments and patient-care initiatives.
