On My Grind (OMG) Reentry Services was founded in 2018 by LV Thomas and Dawn Brooks to address the lack of support that leads formerly incarcerated people back into the justice system. Serves justice-involved residents of Willowbrook, Compton, southern LA County, and Long Beach with job training, mentoring, mental health support, and violence-prevention programs; has trained, mentored, and helped over 50 individuals obtain or maintain employment.
