Mind-1-1 works to eliminate barriers to mental wellness and bridge the gap between community members and trusted, appropriate, affordable mental health resources.
Mind-1-1 is a woman-founded Long Beach nonprofit offering a free, user-friendly Mental Health Resource Directory (support groups, community mental health agencies, therapists, psychiatry, meditation programs, apps/podcasts, treatment centers, workplace wellness). It partners with the City of Long Beach on the Community Promotores program and runs physical wellness activities (Run and Skate Club), outreach, workshops, and networking events, serving over 2,000 community members annually.
